Q: Do I need an account to purchase from The Water Cooler Company?

You will be asked to create an account with us upon checkout. All new customer purchases can be made through our website or over the phone on 0800 731 1491.

Q: What is the cost of delivery?

Q: When will my order arrive?

You should receive your delivery within 3 to 5 days of despatch with standard delivery. 

Q: Can I buy products in bulk quantities?

Answer

Q: What type of water do you stock?

Answer

We only stock the freshest spring and mineral water from Berrington Spring, Fonthill Spring and from Kingshill, Scotland. You can find our water on our Bottled Water page.

Q: How do I maintain my Water Cooler?

Q: My Water Cooler has stopped dispensing water, what should I do?

Answer

Ensure that the unit is plugged into an electricity point and is switched on. For Bottled Water Coolers, if water is not being dispensed, the issue might be an airlock. Open the tap (with something under it) and then squeeze the bottle to force the airlock through. If you still have a problem with your product, please call us on 0333 600 1845 and we will help you.

Q: My Water Cooler has broken, what should I do?

In the unlikely event that you experience a problem with your Water Cooler, we commit to dealing with it immediately. We are dedicated to providing excellent service and will repair or replace your broken water cooler as soon as possible to ensure minimum disruption and inconvenience.
