|The Water Dispenser & Hydration Association
The Water Cooler Company are proud members of The Water Dispenser & Hydration Association (TWHA). Formerly BWCA (British Water Cooler Association) the organisation was established in 1989 to represent the standards for water cooler industry in the UK. The organisation’s mission is to provide consumers with assurance that the water products and services they receive are all standardised. Its purpose is to ensure the attainment of the highest standards of quality, safety, hygiene and ethical conduct in the water cooler industry through unimpeachable products and services supplied by Members to their customers, in full recognition of the Industry's environmental responsibilities.
We offer a wide range of WRAS (Water Regulations Advisory Scheme) approved products to ensure clean, pure certified water to the highest of standards. WRAS represent the UK water supply industry as one voice on the Water Fittings Regulations and contribute to the development of relevant guidance, codes of practice and standards. WRAS contribute to the protection of public health by preventing contamination of public water supplies and encouraging the efficient use of water by promoting and facilitating compliance with the Water Supply (Water Fittings) Regulations and Byelaws in Scotland. WRAS approved products prevent waste, misuse, undue consumption or contamination of the water supply and must be ‘of an appropriate quality and standard’ and meet rigorous safety requirements.
