Bottled Water Coolers

Installation

Anyone can install a Bottled Water Cooler, just plug in and go! Simply position your Bottled Water Cooler nearby an electricity point and out of direct sunlight. Make sure to purchase our 15 or 19L bottled water and place the bottle on the top.

Maintenance
Bottled Water Coolers must be sanitised regularly according to the procedures set out by The British Water Cooler Association. For purchased water coolers, we recommend that customers purchase a Sanitisation Kit and sanitise their water cooler every three months to prevent bacterial or other microbial growth and ensure the cooler is clean and hygienic. You can also use our Sanitisation Service which will ensure the long-term integrity of your water cooler.

Repairs & Replacements
In the unlikely event that you experience a problem with your Bottled Water Cooler, we offer a call-out service and commit to dealing with it as soon as possible. We are dedicated to providing excellent service and will repair or replace your broken water cooler at an additional cost to ensure minimum disruption and inconvenience. We provide a one-year manufacturers warranty on our water coolers provided that customers have them maintained and sanitised regularly. To arrange a call-out, please contact one of our sales team on 0203 900 3110. 
Top Tip: If your water cooler is not dispensing water as it should, the issue might be an airlock. Open the tap (with something under it) and then squeeze the bottle to force the airlock through.





Plumbed Water Coolers


Installation
The Water Cooler Company can install your Plumbed Water Cooler nationwide by our team of trained engineers. After a site survey has been completed, we can arrange for one of our specialist engineers to install your Plumbed Water Cooler in an agreed location. It is important to consider access to a potable mains water supply nearby and an electricity point near your proposed water cooler site. A Plumbed Water Cooler must ideally be positioned within 2 metres away from the mains water supply without the need for additional plumbing. Contact us for more information if your desired water cooler location is more than 2 metres away from the mains water.

Maintenance
To ensure the prolonged integrity of your unit, we recommended that you install a water filter. These devices help to filter the mains supply of harmful contaminants for both the consumer and the machine. Water Filters are included in our Installation Service which you can arrange by contacting us.All plumbed machines should be sanitised and have their filters changed every six months by one of our trained, experienced engineers via our Maintenance Contract. We strongly advise that you purchase our Plumbed Water Cooler Maintenance Contract which will keep your Water Cooler sanitised and maintained.

The Water Cooler Company can install your Drinking Water Fountain nationwide by our team of trained engineers. After a site survey has been completed, we can arrange for one of our specialist engineers to install your drinking fountain in an agreed location. It is important to consider access to a potable mains water supply and waste drainage nearby your proposed Drinking Water Fountain site. 

Maintenance
To ensure the prolonged integrity of your unit, we recommended that you install a water filter. These devices help to filter the mains supply of harmful contaminants for both the consumer and the machine. Water Filters are included in our Installation Service which you can arrange by contacting us. The Water Cooler Company can install your Bottle Filling Station nationwide by our team of trained engineers. After a site survey has been completed, we can arrange for one of our specialist engineers to install your water cooler in an agreed location. It is important to consider access to a portable mains water supply and waste drainage nearby your proposed Bottle Filling Station site. We recommend contacting our office for detailed advice before making a purchase.

Maintenance
We advise that you use a water filter with your Bottle Filling Station to ensure reduced impurities in your water as well as the prolonged integrity of your unit. Water Filters are included in our Installation Service which you can arrange by contacting us. We sell a range of Water Filters which prolong the lifespan of your unit and improve the taste of the water. All Bottle Filling Stations should be sanitised and have their filters changed every six months by one of our trained, experienced engineers via our Maintenance Contract. We strongly advise that you purchase our Bottle Filling Station Maintenance Contract which will keep your unit maintained.

Hot and Cold Taps

Installation
The Water Cooler Company can install your Hot and Cold Taps nationwide by our team of trained engineers. After a site survey has been completed, we can arrange for one of our specialist engineers to install your tap in an agreed location. It is important to consider access to a mains water supply near your proposed tap location. After a site survey, we will contact you with more details about installation.

Top Tip: If it is a hot tap which is not working, it may be blocked by scale. In this case, the machine will have to be cleaned. 



Under Sink Chillers

Installation
The Water Cooler Company can install your Under Sink Chiller nationwide by our team of trained engineers. After a site survey has been completed, we can arrange for one of our specialist engineers to install your under sink chiller in an agreed location. It is important to consider access to a mains water supply near your proposed tap location. After a site survey, we will contact you with more details about installation. Please note that our Under Sink Chillers do not come with a tap and you will need to purchase the tap separately.

Maintenance
A water filter can be attached to Under Sink Chillers to ensure the purity of the drinking water to ensure that premium quality, filtered drinking water is dispensed through the tap. Please contact us to discuss Maintenance Contracts for Under Sink Chillers as these differ depending on the product.
