Our installers are trained and certified by the European Drinking Water Cooler Assocication. We are happy to provide a full installation service if required. Please contact our office for further details.

We recommend installing a plumbed water cooler within three metres of a power supply and ideally within five metres of the mains water supply - which usually means near to kitchens or bathrooms. A longer distance between the mains water and the water cooler can affect water pressure and make the installation more complicated as higher capacity pipework will be required.Water cooler installations over a long distance also mean that we have a lot more pipework to disguise.

Waste Water

Some of our range of plumbed water cooler & drinking fountains allow the machine to be plumbed into the waste water system. This means that any excess or spilt water is automatically taken into the waste water system, instead of emptying drip trays or allowing water to spill over onto the ground. Please ask the sales staff for more imformation.

We rent bottled water coolers and plumbed water coolers to customers across the capital. We also offer all our water cooler range for outright purchase. Outside London we can recommend local partners who can assist with water cooler installation and servicing. We stock a full range of water cooler accessories.
