Some of our drinking fountains are available for rental from as little as £5.00 per week (fully inclusive) for a single drinking fountain. Discounts may be offered for the rental of multiple drinking fountains (dependent on contract length). Our drinking fountain rental prices are fully inclusive and include installation, six monthly sanitisation and all call outs.
Installation and servicing of our rental drinking fountains
After the free site survey has been completed and we are in agreement as to location of your drinking fountain, we will arrange an appointment for our installation engineer to install your fountain. If plumbing work needs to be done then we arrange for our professional plumbing contractors to complete this for you. All our drinking fountain options can have a filter change and sanitisation every six months by one of our trained, experienced engineers.
We provide all our rental water coolers with a service level agreement that guarantees water delivery days and fixed prices for the duration of the contract. We do not insist on onerous contracts and since 2003 we have gained over 3,500 customers who rely on us for their water coolers. Service is key for us and we supply both business and home customers.
Our bottled water coolers are available for rental from as little as £2.00 per unit, per week (fully inclusive) and our plumbed water coolers from £5.25 per unit, per week. We may be able to offer discounts for the rental of multiple coolers at a single location. Our water cooler rental prices are fully inclusive and include installation, six monthly sanitisation and all call outs.

If any additional plumbing work needs to be done then we would arrange for our professional plumbing contractors to complete this for you. All plumbed water machines have a filter change and sanitisation every six months by one of our trained, experienced engineers. Our maintenance team will visit you on a regular basis to maintain the unit and thoroughly clean all the internal parts of the water purifier.Further you'll also benefit by only paying a monthly fee for the unit – there are no upfront payments to be made, and on expiry of the contract, you can upgrade the latest model – free of charge. Quarterly sanitisation visits are performed to ensure that the rental water coolers remain clean and sterile – an essential hygienic service that other suppliers seem to regard as optional. This is essential for the health and safety requirements of your office or home. We sanitise our water coolers according to the guidelines laid out by the BWCA – our industry regulatory body
In the unlikely event of there being a problem with your water cooler rental, we will deal with it immediately. In 97% of situations over the last five years we have been to repair or replace any broken cooler within 48 hours. This will give you essential peace of mind.
