MAINTENANCE PACKAGES FOR PURCHASED BOTTLELESS WATER COOLERS

The Water Cooler Company sell bottleless water coolers to customers where it is not suitable to rent water coolers. We strongly recommend that customer have these water coolers installed, serviced and maintained by a qualified technician.

Ongoing maintenance contracts include a six monthly sanitisation and filter change for the water cooler which is essential to ensure a long life for the machine. These maintenance contracts are also available to clients who have inherited a machine or purchased one.

WATER COOLER INSTALLATION SERVICE

We can arrange for an installation of any bottleless water cooler purchased through us to any location within mainland UK. For £95 ex VAT we will have an EPDWA and WRAS approved engineer install your plumbed water cooler.

Unfortunately we have to add a caveat to this price. A £95 installation charge is based on having a mains-fed water supply within 5 metres of the proposed location of the water cooler with no obstructions in the way and a power source within one metre of the cooler. Customers will have to purchase a bottleless water cooler and a suitable water cooler plumbing and filter kit from us.

WATER COOLER MAINTENANCE PACKAGES The Water Cooler Company offer our Total Cooler Care™ range of service packages for customers who own bottleless water coolers. This ranges from a next day callout service, six monthly sanitisation packages through to a fully comprehensive next day maintenance, sanitisation and callout service for bottleless water coolers.

Basic Bottleless Water Cooler Cover

Our basic service costs customers £150 per year per water cooler. This basic package includes two six monthly sanitisation, filter changes in accordance with EPDWA regulations and one call-out. If you own a watercooler this should be done as an essential part of your water cooler care and to ensure hygenie standards.

If a water cooler purchased through us breaks down during the first year, the call out charges and parts are covered by us. After the first year we have a £35 call out charge for the first hour. Subsequent 30 minutes after the first hour are charged at £15. Parts are charged at cost and are agreed with the client during the visit.

Comprehensive Bottleless Water Cooler Cover

Our comprehensive service costs customers £200 per year per water cooler. This basic package includes two six monthly sanitisation and filter changes in accordance with EPDWA regulations. If you own a water cooler this should be done as an essential part of your water cooler care and to ensure hygenie standards.

We include three hours of call out charges in our comprehensive package. Further call out charges after this are charged at £35 call out charge for the first hour. Subsequent 30 minutes after the first hour are charged at £15. Parts are charged at cost and are agreed with the client.

If customers have purchased a cooler from us and if any breakdown requires removal of the machine to the our workshop a replacement cooler will be provided for the duration of the repair work.
