	The Water Cooler Company provides bottleless water coolers, fountains and boilers for office environments where bottles are unsuitable or the costs are prohibitive. They can also used by companies alongside normal bottled water coolers. All coolers are available for rental – please call if you want details on purchasing costs.

What is a bottleless water cooler?

Bottleless water coolers look exactly like bottled coolers, but obviously without the bottle on top. They simply filter and chill the water straight from your mains supply already present in your building either from pipes under the kitchen sink or from other locations. The water is then chilled/heated in the water cooler and used in a normal way.

They prove to be a much cheaper, more hygienic and environmentally friendly way of supplying your staff with unlimited drinking water.

Is it possible to have a bottleless cooler at your office?

We offer a free site survey to all potential customers. An engineer will come to your office to discuss ideal locations with you. In our experience, 95% of our customers have the necessary plumbing in place and will receive free installation. If plumbing work needs to be done then we will provide a price for your plumbing requirements. You need to have easy access to a mains water supply nearby and be aware that once installed the cooler is not easily moved.

Installation and Servicing

After the free site survey has been completed and we are in agreement as to location of your watercooler, we will arrange an appointment for our installation engineer to install your cooler. If plumbing work needs to be done then we arrange for our professional plumbing contractors to complete this for you.

Cooler Sanitisation Program

Once your water cooler system is up and running and everyone is experiencing 100% thirst quenching satisfaction, our industry approved sanitisation programme will kick in. This includes a six monthly comprehensive health and hygiene cleaning service where we give your cooler a proper good scrub inside and out following recommendations from the BWCA and EPDWA. After each visit, your water cooler will be left looking gorgeous, sparkling and as clean as a whistle!

Repairs and ongoing maintenance

We offer all rental customers free 48hr callouts to repair the cooler if you have any problems. If for any reason we can’t repair it, we’ll replace it with a working water cooler within the same timescale.

Can I have bottled water coolers alongside bottleless water coolers?

Our sister company, The Water Delivery Company, provides a bottled watercooler service within London. We are based out of the same office and provide a combined service of both bottled and plumbed-in watercoolers.
