The Water Cooler Company stocks a wide range of floor standing bottled water coolers suitable for offices and homes.

Our bottled water coolers are industry standard and fit both 19 litre and 12 litre water bottles. Within the M25, we can supply spring water for your cooler. If you live outside the M25, we can recommend a local water supplier. We also stock water cooler accessories, such as cup dispensers and sanitisation kits.

Water Cooler Servicing

It is vital that water coolers are sanitised regularly and we recommend that this is done every three months, as set out in the guidelines from the British Water Cooler Association. We offer a sanitisation service for customers within the M25 or we can recommend someone locally who can sanitise the cooler and also deliver your water. If you prefer to sanitise the cooler yourself, you can purchase sanitisation kits and cleaning fluid from our website.

Water Cooler Problems and Replacements

In the very unlikely event of there being a problem with your water cooler, we will deal with it immediately. In 97% of situations over the last five years we have been to repair or replace any broken cooler within 48 hours.

We provide a one year manufacturers warranty on our water coolers, providing that customers have them sanitised on a three monthly basis.
