Customers within the M25 can also purchase spring water from us in either 12 and 19 litre bottles. For other customers, we can recommend local water suppliers to deliver your water and also sanitise your water cooler. .

It is essential that your water cooler is sanitised regularly. The British Water Cooler Association recommend that this is done every three months. We offer a sanitisation service within the M25 and also sell sanitisation kits if you prefer to do it yourself.

Water Cooler Problems and Replacements

In the unlikely event of there being a problem with your water cooler, we will deal with it immediately. In 97% of situations over the last five years we have been to repair or replace any broken cooler within 48 hours.

We provide a one year manufacturers warranty on these water coolers, as long as customers have them sanitised on a three monthly basis.
