The Water Cooler Company is a business started with the core ideal of providing our customers with great products, customer service and value. We hope that our customers find that this is the experience they are enjoying many years later. In order for us to pass this message onto new customers we really appreciate reviews on our service.

This year we are starting to use Google Maps to centralise our customers reviews – which will then be added to the references section of our website. We would really appreciate it if customers would take the time to leave a review for us through Google. Please click on the logo below and follow the steps underneath the logo.

1) Click on the logo on the right or click this link to navigate to The Water Cooler Listing on Google Maps.

2) Towards the bottom of our Google Maps listing is a section entitled “Reviews by Google users”

traditional plastic and paper disposable cups, people are really craving a container that they can reuse and one that looks nice. We do live up to your expectations and that is why we have developed a new and beautiful way to drink water – from our amazing tap carafe.

The tap carafe has a unique design that looks really good in any office. You can even use it in a restaurant as a water container, whenever people order tap water instead of bottled water. It looks very modern and comes in 3 colours – frosted, blue or green glass. The opening of the carafe looks like a flower and this makes the design really beautiful. This carafe is 750 ml and you can wash it in the dishwasher safely. It is 32 mm high and the base diameter is 94 mm, which means it can fit perfectly in the fridge door. We sell these in boxes of 12 for the price of ₤120. One pound of each sale is donated for Water Air. We can also personalize the carafes with your company’s logo for bigger events. The tap carafe is manufactured with 50% recycled glass content and is handcrafted in the South East of England.

As we here at The Water Cooler Company look for new ways in which to hydrate our families and friends in a trendy, eco-friendly and economical way, it seems companies all over the UK are also trying to think of innovative ways in which to allow us to do so. The House Water system, with its black and chrome finish which gives it a corporate or restaurant feel, has recently come into an already relatively full market, giving Joe Public yet another chance to grab a slice of this action, and transform part of their home with this equipment. The House Water unit dispenses still and sparkling water on demand, with own branded bottles also provided to keep the liquid in- remarkably similar to the service already provided by our friends at Vivreau. The unit can either be installed as a stand-alone piece, or discreetly concealed.

Celebrating Three Years of Plumbed water coolers

The Water Cooler Company celebrated three years of serving London customers with plumbed water coolers on 15th April. Since separating from it’s sister company, The Water Delivery Company, the company has gone from strength to strength in establishing its position as the number one plumbed water cooler company in London.

The owners of The Water Cooler Company, Robert Laughton and Antony Flower reflected on the development of the business and the timely entrance into the market when talking to a local journalist for a leading South London newspaper. “We came into the plumbed water cooler market at a time when many companies were looking at the costs of bottled water coolers and were keen to make savings. Increasingly we work alongside our sister company which supplies bottled water coolers to provide customers the most suitable solution to hydration at the workplace. It is not simply about cost.”

Antony Flower further commented about plans for the next three years, “We are increasingly working with the HR departments of companies and showing them the cost savings possible by looking to the health benefits of water coolers for staff. For a large local Wandsworth business we have found that by doubling water coolers available to staff, one effect was that staff sickness has been reduced 50% over a two year period.”
